Basketball Recap: Cambridge Comes Up Short

Cambridge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were two points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 65-63 heartbreaker at the hands of the Corinth Riverhawks. While losing is never fun, the N/A can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 726th, while the Riverhawks are ranked 329th).

Cambridge's defeat dropped their record down to 2-14. As for Corinth, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which lines up perfectly with their 15-5 record this season.

As of now, neither Cambridge nor Corinth have any future games scheduled.
