For whatever reason, it's the away team that's had the advantage when Pecos and Santa Rosa meet (three straight games heading into this one) and that held true again on Saturday. The Pecos Panthers narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Santa Rosa Lions 70-67. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Panthers have posted since January 9th.
