Football Recap: Hanson Comes Up Short in High-Profile Game with Howard

Hanson faced Howard in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Beavers took a 12-7 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Tigers. The Beavers haven't had much luck with the Tigers recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

Hanson's loss was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 3-3. As for Howard, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 5-1.
