            The Hot Springs Tigers will head out on the road to  face off against  the West Las Vegas Dons  at 3:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. Given that  the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this  matchup.
The home team had won the previous three meetings between Hot Springs and Cobre, and Cobre kept the tradition alive. The Tigers fell just short of the Indians by a score of  9-8 on Saturday.
 Hot Springs got a big performance out of  James Oros Fuentes, who  scored a  run and  stole a base while  getting on base  in four of his five plate appearances.  Hunter Montoya was another key player,  scoring two  runs and  stealing two bases while  getting on base  in three of his five plate appearances.
 Meanwhile, West Las Vegas didn't have quite enough to beat Robertson on Tuesday and fell  4-3. That's two games in a row now that the Dons have lost by  just one  run.
 This is the second loss in a row for West Las Vegas and  nudges their season record down to 12-3. Even worse, they were so close both times: the  defeats came by an average of only one runs. As for Hot Springs, they have  traveled a rocky road recently, having  lost seven of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-10-1 record  this season.
