Baseball Recap: Gary Comes Up Short

Gary managed to slip by Shelbyville the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Bobcats lost 8-1 to the Dragons on Tuesday. The Bobcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Gary's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Shelbyville, they pushed their record up to 10-4-1 with the win, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Gary will challenge rival San Augustine at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Shelbyville is set to face off against their familiar foe Timpson at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
