Volleyball Recap: Jenison Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Jenison and Hudsonville squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Jenison had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Eagles by a score of 3-2. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in October.

When it comes to explaining why Jenison lost, don't look at Cora Rotman. Despite the final result, she had 21 assists and five digs. Rotman is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 12 or more in each of the last 11 games she's played.

Jenison has traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 32-8-2 record this season. As for Hudsonville, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 31-8-1.
