Soccer Recap: Hialeah Comes Up Short

Hialeah was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 4-2 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Booker T. Washington Tornadoes. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Thoroughbreds of the 7-2 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in January of 2024.

Hialeah's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8-1. As for Booker T. Washington, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-4-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hialeah will take on Hialeah Gardens at 1:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Booker T. Washington, they will host Miami Springs at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Booker T. Washington will be hoping to continue their three-game streak of scoring more goals each matchup than the last.
