Volleyball Game Preview: Grayslake North Knights vs. Lakes Eagles

Grayslake North hasn't had much luck against Lakes recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Knights will square off against the Eagles at 6:00 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

On Monday, Grayslake North came up short against Mundelein and fell 2-0. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Grayslake North was the model of consistency in the loss, scoring 14 points in every single set they played. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-14.

Meanwhile, Lakes was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Mundelein.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-19.

Lakes' loss dropped their record down to 10-12. As for Grayslake North, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-17.
