Basketball Recap: Chesapeake Takes a Loss

If Chesapeake was riding high fresh off their 66-35 takedown of Western Tech & Environmental Science last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Chesapeake Bay Hawks were outmatched by New Town and fell 67-30. The Bay Hawks have struggled against New Town recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Chesapeake now has a losing record at 6-7. As for New Town, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 11-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Chesapeake will host Dulaney at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for New Town, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Perry Hall at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
