Volleyball Recap: Wagon Mound Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Wagon Mound was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Springer Red Devils. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Trojans of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in November of 2024.

Wagon Mound's loss dropped their record down to 1-14. As for Springer, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-6 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Wagon Mound will take on rival Maxwell at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Springer is set to face off against their familiar foe Cimarron at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
