The Chrisman Bears scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They came out on top against Belton by a score of 65-58. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest win Chrisman has managed all season.

When it comes to explaining why Belton lost, one person who can't be blamed is Kordell Williams. Despite the final result, he scored 20 points along with five assists and five rebounds. Williams is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Calvin Lacey, who scored 14 points.

Chrisman's victory bumped their record up to 5-7. As for Belton, their loss dropped their record down to 2-11.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Chrisman will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Park Hill South at 7:00 p.m. on January 23rd.
