Volleyball Recap: Racine Park Gets the Win

Racine Park picked up another tournament win on Saturday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Burlington Demons 2-1.

When it comes to explaining why Burlington lost, don't look at Blake Lindsay. Despite the final result, he had 11 assists and three aces. Another player making a difference was John Sheperdson, who had eight digs and one assist.

Racine Park now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Burlington, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-9.

Racine Park does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Burlington, they are taking a road trip to challenge Greendale at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
