The Northwest Halifax Vikings will host the North Edgecombe Warriors at 7:30 p.m. Keep an eye on the score for this one: both posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

Northwest Halifax took a loss when they played away from home on Tuesday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Wednesday. They secured a 75-70 W over Southeast Halifax.

Meanwhile, North Edgecombe took a blow against Wilson Prep on Wednesday, falling 83-56. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Northwest Halifax will have to contain Jahmir Parker as he made an impact in North Edgecombe's last game. He dropped a double-double on 24 points and ten rebounds. Those 24 points gave Parker a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Nyzir Mills, who posted 12 points along with eight assists and six boards.

North Edgecombe's defeat dropped their record down to 9-9. As for Northwest Halifax, they now have a winning record of 10-9.
