Wilmington Charter scored the most points they've had this season on Friday, but it wasn't enough. They fell just short of the Tatnall Hornets by a score of 48-46. The Force were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Hornets apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February of 2024.

Wilmington Charter's loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 7-10. As for Tatnall, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 9-9.

Coming up, Wilmington Charter will challenge First State Military Academy at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Tatnall, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 60-39 victory against Red Lion Christian Academy on the 15th.
