Bixby extended their winning streak to 11 games dating back to last season thanks to a huge performance from Jayson Moll. The Spartans strolled past the Mustang Broncos with points to spare on Thursday, taking the game 38-22 with plenty of help from Moll, who rushed for 311 yards and one touchdown while picking up 10.4 yards per carry. He showed off some serious burst, cutting through the defense on one rush that went for 65 yards.

Special teams was a major factor in the game for Bixby, racking up 12 points in total. All those points came courtesy of Bradley Thao: he added nine points with three field goals and another three kicking extra points.

Bixby's defense made their presence known, laying out Jaden O'Neal five times. Mustang's QB won't forget Dawson Madden anytime soon given he sacked him three times.

Several Broncos players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was O'Neal, who threw for 310 yards and a pair of TDs. O'Neal's passing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 310 passing yards. Ryder Murphy was O'Neal's top target, picking up 125 receiving yards and one score.

Bixby's victory bumped their record up to 8-0. As for Mustang, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-3.

Bixby didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 79-15 win against Deer Creek on the 31st. As for Mustang, they have also already played their next game, a 54-29 victory against Norman on the 31st.
