Basketball Recap: Highland Home Falls to Keith in First Game of Season + How To Watch

Highland Home unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They were outmatched by the Keith Bears and fell 80-52.

Keith got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Anthony Robinson out in front who went 10-for-22 en route to 27 points in addition to five assists and five rebounds. Robinson's big performance that evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least 22 points. Eric Hall was another key player, shooting 69% from the field to rack up 20 points and four steals.

The win (which was Keith's third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Looking ahead, Keith won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Calhoun at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Highland Home will be paying especially close attention to the Bears' game: after the Bears face off against Selma, they'll take on Highland Home again at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday.
