Softball Recap: Choctaw County Takes a Loss

Choctaw County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They lost 12-0 to the New Hope Trojans. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Chargers have suffered since April 16, 2024.

Choctaw County's loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for New Hope, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 5-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Choctaw County will face off against South Pontotoc at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. As for New Hope, they will welcome Enterprise at 1:00 p.m. on Monday.
