Baseball Recap: Fisher Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Fisher, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. Everything went their way against the Blue Ridge Knights on Monday as they made off with an 11-1 win. The Bunnies haven't had any issues with the Knights recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

The team relied heavily on Caleb Zwilling, who went 2-for-3 with two runs and two RBI. Those two RBI gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Jeremiah Todd, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one run and one RBI.

Fisher's win bumped their record up to 4-20. As for Blue Ridge, they dropped their record down to 0-16 with the defeat, which was their 17th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coming up, Fisher will be playing in front of their home fans against Tuscola at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Blue Ridge, they will venture away from home to challenge Argenta-Oreana at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
