Volleyball Recap: Valley Extends Winning Streak to Three

Valley had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Wayne Badgers. This was a revenge game for the Buffalos: when they faced off against the Badgers on September 10th, they had to take a 3-1 defeat.

Valley walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the second set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-15, 18-25, 25-19.

Valley now has a winning record of 8-7. As for Wayne, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-5 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Valley will face off against rival Bryce Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Wayne is set to square off against their familiar foe Piute at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
