Volleyball Recap: Nashoba Regional Extends Winning Streak to Three

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Nashoba Regional walked away with it. Everything went their way against the Chicopee Comp Colts on Thursday as they made off with a 3-0 win. Winning may never get old, but the Wolves sure are getting used to it with their third in a row.

Nashoba Regional walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). The final score came out to 25-15, 25-20, 25-19.

Kelsey Dinjian paced Nashoba Regional's offense, picking up 16 kills. Dinjian got some help from Siena Torilli and her 25 assists. Ellie Freeman controlled things from the service line, finishing with 12 aces.

Nashoba Regional's win bumped their record up to 8-12. As for Chicopee Comp, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-11.

Nashoba Regional has already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against King Philip Regional on the 31st. Chicopee Comp does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
