Basketball Recap: Crandon's Higher State Rank on Full Display on Monday

Crandon won the last time they faced Three Lakes and things went their way on Monday too. The Crandon Cardinals took down the Three Lakes Bluejays 45-29. Given the Cardinals' advantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 106th, while the Bluejays are ranked 308th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Crandon's victory bumped their record up to 11-3. As for Three Lakes, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-6.

A feisty cat fight will be fought when the Crandon Cardinals take on the Florence Bobcats at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. Three Lakes does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
