Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask American). They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Booker T. Washington Tornadoes 6-5. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Patriots have posted since April 1, 2025.

American's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-5. As for Booker T. Washington, they dropped their record down to 2-4 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.
