Olympia hadn't done well against Sumner recently (they were 1-6 in their previous seven matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. The Bears put the hurt on the Spartans with a sharp 4-1 victory. Considering Olympia have won seven contests by more than two goals this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Olympia has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-2-3 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 30 goals over those nine matches. As for Sumner, they moved to 12-2 with that loss, which also ended their six-game winning streak.
