After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Oologah, Sequoyah was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They never let the Porter Pirates get on the board and left with a 4-0 victory. Sequoyah might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matches by four goals or more this season.

Sequoyah now has a winning record of 8-7-1. As for Porter, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-6.

Looking ahead, Sequoyah will head out to take on Commerce at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Porter, they will welcome Cleveland at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Cleveland will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Porter surely won't give up without a fight.
