Softball Recap: Perry Comes Up Short

Perry was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 7-1 to the Anthony Wayne Generals.

Perry's loss dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Anthony Wayne, they pushed their record up to 7-1 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season.

Perry has already played their next game, a 20-4 defeat against Watkins Memorial on the 11th. As for Anthony Wayne, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 1-0 win against Wheelersburg on the 11th.
