Volleyball Recap: Junction City Takes a Loss

Junction City was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Derby Panthers. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bluejays of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Junction City's loss dropped their record down to 2-15. As for Derby, their win bumped their record up to 14-15-1.

Coincidentally, Junction City and Derby will both be playing Manhattan the next time they take the court. The Panthers will head out to face the Indians at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, while the Bluejays will play them later in the day, at 2:00 p.m.
