Volleyball Recap: Central Takes a Loss

Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Glenwood Gators. If the Red Devils were looking for revenge after losing 3-2 to the Gators when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

While Central was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-23.

Central's defeat dropped their record down to 1-10. As for Glenwood, they now have a winning record of 19-18.

Central has already played their next matchup (against Lanett), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Glenwood, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Smiths Station on the 2nd.
