Preston Jenkins turned in yet another pitching appearance with fewer than two earned runs surrendered on Tuesday. He struck out eight batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. He was up against Markesan and has quite the history against that squad, as he also had a great game the last time he faced them back in May of 2024.

Jenkins' strong effort led Pardeeville over Markesan and he'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
