Norton waltzed into their match on Tuesday with 16 straight wins... but they left with 17. They came out on top against the Springfield Spartans by a score of 3-1. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 21-25, 25-17, 25-13.

Haley Sanderson had an outrageously good game as she had 17 digs and three aces.

Sanderson wasn't the only good servers: Norton was lethal from the service line and finished the match with ten aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least ten aces in three consecutive contests.

Norton's win bumped their record up to 19-1. As for Springfield, they dropped their record down to 16-5 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.

Norton has already played their next matchup, a 3-1 defeat against Louisville on the 8th. As for Springfield, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Woodridge on the 9th.
