Basketball Recap: West Rusk Raiders vs. Arp Tigers
West Rusk fought the good fight in their overtime matchup against Arp on Friday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell to the Arp Tigers 52-46. The Raiders just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.
Several Raiders players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Kimora Pryor, who posted 23 points along with eight rebounds and six steals. Pryor continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Gabby Coleman, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and 11 boards.
