Williams Field took care of business in their home opener (and then some) on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Corona del Sol Aztecs 48-20. The Black Hawks not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since September 13, 2024 (when they won 35-3).

Dominick Barjona threw for 158 yards and a pair of TDs.

Although Corona del Sol took the loss, they still got scores from Marques Fuentes and Jude Stevens.

Looking ahead, Williams Field is packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will face off against Eastlake at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Corona del Sol, they will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Apple Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
