Oak Cliff Faith Family Academy came into their game two weeks ago off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 8-1 to Palestine. Things were pretty much settled by the half as the Eagles were already down 4-1.

Meanwhile, Navarro was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss. They came up short against Cedar Creek, falling 8-0.

With the defeat, Oak Cliff Faith Family Academy broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 4-5. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored eight goals over those three matchups. As for Navarro, their loss dropped their record down to 0-13.
