Springstead found their leader in freshman Ariana Willoughby, who went 6 for 7 from beyond the arc on her way to 21 points and four steals. Briana Coleman was another key player, almost dropping a double-double on ten points and nine rebounds.
Springstead smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 17 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive rebounds in three consecutive matches.
