Baseball Game Preview: Bark River-Harris Broncos vs. Superior Central Cougars

The Bark River-Harris Broncos will challenge the Superior Central Cougars at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.

On Tuesday, Bark River-Harris came up short against Manistique and fell 7-3.

Bark River-Harris saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Gabe Spear, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one run.

Superior Central came out on top against North Central on Tuesday thanks in part to the team's impressive five-run fifth inning. The Cougars walked away with a 9-5 win over the Jets. The victory continues a trend for the Cougars in their matchups with the Jets: they've now won three in a row.

Bark River-Harris came out on top in a nail-biter against Superior Central in their previous meeting back in May of 2024, sneaking past 5-4. Will the Broncos repeat their success, or do the Cougars have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
