Jeremiah Diaz turned in yet another pitching appearance with fewer than three walks surrendered on Friday. He produced his best game of the campaign: he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits over 4.1 innings pitched. He also tossed no walks, which is notable because La Serna is 5-2 when he allows at most one walk, but 5-6 otherwise.
