Baseball Recap: Make It Five in a Row for Barnsdall

Barnsdall entered their tilt with Pawnee on Thursday with four consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with five. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 7-6 W against the Black Bears. The Panthers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Black Bears, too.

Barnsdall pushed their record up to 10-1 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.3 runs over those games. As for Pawnee, they are on an 11-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-9.

Barnsdall has already played their next contest, a 13-0 victory against Memorial on the 27th. Pawnee has also already played their next game (against Nathan Hale), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
