Softball Recap: Everglades City Takes a Loss

Everglades City lost against Seacrest Country Day back in April of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Everglades City lost 11-1 to Seacrest Country Day. The Gators have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Everglades City's loss dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Seacrest Country Day, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 3-4 record.

Coming up, Everglades City is taking a road trip to square off against Island Coast at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Seacrest Country Day, they will square off against Oasis at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Seacrest Country Day's pitchers better be ready for this one: Oasis has averaged an impressive 9.9 runs per game this season.
