Soccer Recap: Duncan Comes Up Short

Duncan's game on Friday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell 2-0 to the MacArthur Highlanders. Duncan were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as MacArthur apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Duncan's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4. As for MacArthur, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-2 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Duncan will square off against rival Southeast at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, MacArthur is set to challenge their familiar foe Altus at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
