Tolono Unity was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 6-2 to the Monticello Sages. That's two games in a row now that Tolono Unity have lost by exactly four goals.

Matthew Hollett and Javy Zavala scored both of Tolono Unity's goals, bringing their combined season tally to nine goals.

Tolono Unity's loss dropped their record down to 2-11-2. As for Monticello, with the win, they broke their six-match losing streak and moved their record to 6-15-1.

Coming up, Tolono Unity will face off against Meridian/Sangamon Valley/Central A&M at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Monticello, they will challenge Riverton at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
