Volleyball Recap: Los Molinos Comes Up Short + How To Watch

After flying high against Biggs on Tuesday, Los Molinos came back down to earth. The Bulldogs fell just short of the Weed Cougars by a score of 3-2 on Thursday. While the Bulldogs didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Cougars 25-15 in the first set.

Los Molinos wouldn't go down easily and took Weed into a fifth set but they suffered a heartbreaking eight-point loss. The match finished with set scores of 15-25, 25-23, 25-14, 22-25, 15-7.

Los Molinos' loss dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Weed, their win bumped their record up to 5-2.

Los Molinos didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-2 defeat against Hayfork on the 2nd. As for Weed, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-1 loss against Mt. Shasta on the 2nd.
