Volleyball Recap: Tehachapi Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Tehachapi lost against Shafter back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Warriors took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Generals. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-14, 23-25, 25-18.

Tehachapi's offense was headlined by Lilyana Bundt and Addison Smith, who picked up six kills apiece. They got some help from Lola Napier and her 13 assists. Aliya Meza and Kendall Williams kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.

Tehachapi's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Shafter, their win bumped their record up to 5-1.

Tehachapi has already played their next match, a 3-1 victory against Wasco on the 28th. As for Shafter, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against West on the 28th.
