The Lisbon Broncos's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Monday after their sixth straight loss. They fell just short of Central Cass by a score of 51-49. Lisbon has not had much luck with Central Cass recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.

When it comes to explaining why Lisbon lost, one person who can't be blamed is Kyra Haecherl. Despite the final result, she shot 4-for-6 from beyond the arc and dropped a double-double on 23 points and 11 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Haecherl has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Emerson Schultz, who scored four points along with seven rebounds.

Lisbon's loss was their third straight on the road, which bumped their record down to 3-10. As for Central Cass, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-7.

Lisbon will head out on the road to face off against Northern Cass at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Central Cass, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Kindred at 6:00 a.m.
