Franklin dropped down to 4-3 on Friday, ending the team's four-game streak of wins. They took a 27-21 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bishop Feehan Shamrocks. While the Panthers didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Shamrocks 7-0 in the first quarter.

As for Bishop Feehan, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 6-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 32.2 points over those games.

Andrew Orphanos was a one-man wrecking crew as he rushed for 105 yards and three touchdowns.

Looking ahead, Franklin is taking a road trip to take on Milford at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Bishop Feehan, they will host Taunton at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
