Basketball Recap: Horn Lake Takes a Loss

Horn Lake was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They had to suffer through a 50-21 loss at the hands of the Oxford Chargers. The game marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Horn Lake's defeat dropped their record down to 6-15. As for Oxford, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 15-5.

Horn Lake didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 43-38 loss against Southaven on the 17th. As for Oxford, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 53-18 victory against Lewisburg on the 17th.
