Basketball Recap: Riverdale Comes Up Short

Riverdale was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They received a blow as they fell 50-34 to the Douglass Astros. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Raiders this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 54-28 on January 7th.

Riverdale's defeat dropped their record down to 3-16. As for Douglass, they now have a winning record of 6-5.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Luella the next time they take the court. Douglass will host Luella at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, while Riverdale will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
