Basketball Recap: Hokes Bluff Takes a Loss

Hokes Bluff was the 72-67 winner over Sand Rock when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Eagles took a 69-57 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wildcats on Tuesday.

Hokes Bluff's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Sand Rock, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hokes Bluff will venture away from home to square off against Boaz at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Sand Rock, they will head out to face off against Piedmont at 7:00 p.m. on December 4.
