Tasin Posts Huge Game in 27-21 Defeat

Joel Valverde was instrumental in extending Tri-City Christian's winning streak to three on Friday. Valverde turned in nothing short of a gem, throwing for 337 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 10.9 yards per attempt, and also rushing for 50 yards. He is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for three or more in the last three games he's played dating back to last season.
On the season, Valverde has thrown 19 touchdowns while averaging 173.8 passing yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after eight games last season, he had six passing touchdowns.
