Baseball Recap: Seaside Comes Up Short

The Seaside Seagulls didn't have quite enough to beat the Evergreen Plainsmen on Saturday and fell 6-5. The Seagulls have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Seaside's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Evergreen, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Seaside will take on Neah-Kah-Nie at 12:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Evergreen, they will challenge Prairie at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Evergreen is facing Prairie at the right time seeing as Prairie is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
