Baseball Recap: J.R. Tucker Tigers vs. Louisa County Lions
J.R. Tucker was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss. They lost 14-4 to the Louisa County Lions.
J.R. Tucker saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Caleb Wood, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-3. Wood is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now stolen at least one in the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Joey Noel, who scored two runs and stole two bases.
J.R. Tucker's defeat dropped their record down to 1-16-1. As for Louisa County, the win was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 9-8.
