Baseball Game Preview: Arlington Colts vs. Hebron Hawks

For the second straight game, Arlington will face off against Hebron. The Colts will welcome the Hawks at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Arlington 3.4, Hebron 3.5) so any runs scored will be well earned.

Arlington heads in on the heels of a playoff contest on Thursday. They wound up with the same score they had in their last game (5-1), but sadly the team found themselves on the wrong side of the score this time. Their defeat signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.

Matthew Nguyen was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-2 with one home run.

Hebron has been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 13 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-14 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 6.7 runs over those games. As for Arlington, their loss dropped their record down to 20-13.
